SIEMENS

• John Hopkins University System – Designed and Installed 3 Siemens PBX’s in support of over 400 users for John Hopkins’ Belview location. Tasks consisted of Dbase collection and design, phone room build-out, system cable termination, cable record development and documentation, system installation, station cross-connect and testing. Also provided all end-user training, post-cutover and help desk support.

 VERIZON

• Towson State University – Designed, programmed and Installed over 7500 stations on multiple networked NEC 2400 phone systems.  Designed, managed and implemented the migration of over 7500 mailboxes from 6.0 platform to new 7.0 Centigram Voice Mail system.

• GE/Wenworth – Designed, programmed and installed a Tone Commander ISDN phone system for GE/Wenworth’s Washington DC location. Also, Design and Installed (200) CAT 6 Cables and provided a 25 year system warranty.

• DPSC – Designed, programmed and installed an NEC 2000 IPS phone system with ISDN PRI trunking and set-up and conducted end-user and system administrator training.

• Baltimore City, DSS – Designed and Implemented over 5000 station multi-site, networked system in support of Baltimore City’s Department of Social Services Network.

• Department of Budget & Management – Designed and Implemented over 7500 station multi-site, Networked system in support of the State of MD Budget Office.

NEC 

• Virginia Eye Institute – Designed, programmed and installed a 9 site networked with IP NEC 2000IPS/NEC IP Branch/IP Gateway System for VEI. Consisting of designing all PBX room/frame layouts and managing the entire project from start to finish.

• US Oncology – Designed, programmed and installed 6 NEC 2000 IPS’ in support of various Metro area US Oncology offices for NEC.
