THE PRESIDENT

Prior to starting SEI, Mr. Sneed managed the installation branch of GTE’s State of Maryland PBX Contract.  In this capacity he was responsible for over 52 installation technicians and 20 small business partners that provided the design, installation, maintenance and repair of all phone systems, peripherals and structured cable infrastructure requirements for the entire state.  This position provided the insight and experience necessary to fully understand all of the performance uncertainties and risks associated with new or existing system installation/maintenance and cable infrastructure.
